A: To ensure the highest quality of service during my launch phase, I am currently offering delivery on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Q: Do you have a delivery radius or specific areas you serve?
A: I focus on the O'fallon area, but I also serve other towns like Mascoutah, Shiloh, Lebanon, Scott AFB etc.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: It's a simple process! First, you'll visit my booking page to reserve an available delivery time. After you confirm your slot, you'll be automatically taken to our online form to fill out your shopping list and preferences. Once that's submitted, you'll receive an email with an invoice for the estimated total. Once you pay that invoice, your slot is confirmed. Then, just relax and wait for your delivery!
Q: What safety measures do you take to ensure the products are handled and delivered safely?
A: I utilize coolers in my car for cold items, thoroughly check all perishables for mold and expiration dates, as well as place all meat in their own bags.
Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
My online order form gives you complete control! You can set a default preference for your whole order (like 'Shopper's Judgment' or 'Contact Me First'). You can also list a specific replacement item for each individual item on your list to ensure you get exactly what you want.
